I have worked in the travel and tourism industry for over 17 years – literally my whole career – in a variety of roles including leisure and corporate travel agencies, overseas work for tour operators and most recently as a Business Development Manager for a long haul and luxury tour operator. The latter positions involved extensive travel overseas, seeing the destinations and properties first hand which was not only very enjoyable but invaluable in helping increase my knowledge to pass onto my clients. Building relationships with these hoteliers and tour operators really enhances the holiday experience for my clients and can be the difference between a good and a perfect holiday.
I set up my own travel business in 2014 and recently joined Worldwide Travel Solutions to further develop my offering. The financial protection, range of holidays and keen pricing that is available via Worldwide Travel Solutions is unparalleled so I consider myself incredibly lucky to be able to offer this to my clients.
An an Aussie Specialist, I have been through thorough training to learn so much about this beautiful country that I am incredibly passionate about and continue to learn every day about more destinations, new openings and current travel trends.
I was previously based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and moved in 2016 to the Mijas region of Spain so I can now offer fantastic prices and service, not only focusing on Northern England departures but also from the major Spanish airports!
This is a huge benefit to my clients in both locations, offering preferential rates with the usual impeccable service I always aim to offer.
There is never a better moment in this job than finding what I know is the perfect holiday for my clients; it's like a penny drops when you find “the one” and it's a great feeling, knowing you can create that perfect holiday – no matter how big or small.
The activity island of the Indian Ocean. Stunning hotels, lots to see and do and very accessible.
Twin with Thailand and Vietnam for the ultimate tour. My favourite country in the whole of the Far East.
The vast land of tours – South East Australia, Gold Coast, Perth and Western Australia...you can go back time after time and still see completely new things.
I urge you to see past the negative media. It remains a beautiful country, perfect for snorkelers, divers and sun worshippers.
Stunning cities, beautiful beaches, amazing countryside and some of the best food and drink...what's not to love?
One of my favourite destinations ever. Buzzing, noisy, busy and enticing. Just don't expect culture!
One of the most iconic road trips on earth and well worth a visit. San Fran, LA, beaches, Monterey, Carmel...follow Pacific Coast Highway and you will see it all. Top tip – take a short flight at the end down to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico!
The home of the Northern Lights tours and the beautiful thermal baths. A stunning city to boot!
Historic, fascinating city which made me want to visit many more German cities. Really worth a visit.
It may be the stag and hen do place of choice, but there is so much more culture on offer too.
The best safari experience; authentic, solitary game drives, no queues of vehicles looking at the animals and beautiful lodges. A must visit.
I would recommend Cabo San Lucas to anyone visiting America and looking for a beach stay at the end. Authentically Mexican, apartments to 5 star luxury hotels, great beaches and even whale spotting if you're there at the right time of year. Definitely an up and coming destination. Go before the crowds arrive!
